Whether the selection of concrete spraying machine is reasonable or not directly affects the construction progress and project quality. Therefore, the type and quantity of the shotcrete machine should be correctly selected according to the size of the project, the length of the construction period, and the specific conditions of the construction.
The specific selection should be carried out according to the following principles:
(1) It is compatible with the size of the engineering quantity and the length of the construction period. If the amount of concrete is not large and the construction period is not too long, a small mobile concrete mixer can be used. If the concrete volume is large and the construction period is long, medium and large concrete jet groups (groups) should be used.
(2) Meet the requirements of the transport distance. If the conveying distance is long, the working wind pressure is low. It is suitable for dry jet machines.
(3) When the spray working face has water seepage or wet base surface, dry jet machine should be used.
(4) Meet the dust requirements. When the construction site requires high dust, wet or tidal concrete jetting machine should be used; when there is no requirement for dust, dry concrete jet can be selected.
